Day 1 - Arrival in Hogsback
Start your Hogsback adventure at Alice before taking the scenic Hogsback Pass.
Day 2 - Katberg Pass Circular Route
Journey through Micheles Pass to Seymour, traversing the Katberg Pass and Devils Bellows. Continue through Dewaalskloof Pass to Post Retief, and explore the Old Katberg Pass Road near Seymour before visiting the Klipplaat Farming Area. Alternate Route if Katberg Pass
Day 2 - Alternate Route if Katberg Pass Circular Route is still Closed
Journey through Micheles Pass, traversing the back roads via Balfour to Post Retief, then travel along Dewaalskloof Pass & Devils Bellows Pass, then the back roads past Whittlesea and Kolomani to the Klipplaat Farming Area.
Day 3 - Hogsback Exploration
Embark on a guided self-drive history tour of the Hogsback area, visit the Wolf River Pass, the graves of Chief Maqoma and King Mgqika, the Burns Hill Ambush Memorial, Fort Cox, Thomas Bain's Zincuka Battle Viewpoint, Fort Woburn, and the Christmas Day Massacre Memorial.
Day 4 - Wolfridge 4x4 Circular Route
Begin the day at Robertson Dam before tackling the Woolfridge 4x4 Route. Visit Cata Dam, Keiskammahoek, Sandile Dam, and return via Wolf River Pass.
Day 5 - Journey from Hogsback to Seymour
Depart from Hogsback through the Hogsback Pass, continue over Pefferskop Pass, and conclude your journey in Seymour.
